As colleges and universities around the world are handling their restricted re-densification and reconstitution protocols head on, some institutions have asked me to offer a basic outline from the previous Pandemic Preparedness Plans that I wrote in pandemics past.
Though drafted originally in 1999, the latest version includes my observations from the most recent SARS-CoV-2 pandemic with inspiration from the CDC, FEMA, NHS, OSHA, and - naturally - the Okanagan Charter.
