Title IX and Other Consulting

As a student at Virginia Commonwealth University in 1988, Eric created a bystander/wayfinder program and a skit on consent (Milk & Cookies), both of which he shared around the world. In 2018, VCU recognized Eric with a Trailblazer award for his global work in healthful relationships and gender violence prevention. During the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic, Eric conceived Take Back the Net, an online, statewide version of Take Back the Night, the first in the nation.

Three decades later, Eric continues to enjoy the relationships he cultivates with international organizations, the US military, hospitals, and entire universities and their constituents: chancellors, boards, presidents, provosts, deans, directors, and advisors; schools of medicine, public health, nursing, and education; NCAA teams and coaches (Division I, II, and III); ROTC; student affairs (campus ministries, campus recreation, counseling services, diversity, fraternities and sororities, health promotion and wellness, health services, housing and residence education, LGBTQ* offices, multicultural affairs, rights and responsibilities/conduct/judicial affairs, and women's centers; and offices specifically for alumnx, development, and university relations.

Eric finds it customary and advisable to sign an NDA/CDA/PIA, on behalf of your organization. If you or your university require this, please have your General Counsel forward the appropriate documents, well before confidential discussions begin.
